Job Title: Board-Op
Description: NEWS TALK 860 KPAM is looking for skilled board-ops for regular part-time positions. A minimum of one year board-op experience is required, talk format preferred. Digital editing experience is required, with Enco familiarity a big plus. The ideal applicant has at least one year radio experience in the News/Talk format, is self-motivated, and has high attention to detail. Although the base schedule is one or two shifts per week, there will be numerous opportunities to pick up additional shifts when utilized for fill-in situations, where the time of day, length of shifts, and duties of shifts vary. We are looking for applicants with a very flexible schedule, who are available for such fill-in on short notice. Applicants must have reliable transportation due to limited bus service in our area.
